A Mission-Driven Approach to
Teaching Support
For Janie and Donna, this is more than a profession — it’s a social mission.
50% of teachers leave the profession because they don’t receive the kind of scaffolded instructional support they desperately need in their early years.
That support is critical. Most teacher training programs do not adequately prepare educators to:
-
Manage challenging classroom behavior
-
Teach students who are 2 or more years behind in reading, spelling, math, or writing
As a result, new teachers often face daily failure instead of the early success they need to thrive.
