Online Coaching
For schools or teachers outside of a 1.5-hour radius of central Vermont, we offer monthly online coaching sessions. This approach ensures that no matter where a teacher is located, they can still receive the personalized, high-quality support that is critical to Direct Instruction (DI) success.
This format is especially effective when a teacher is also meeting with their students virtually. Through a combination of video conferencing, screen sharing, and real-time observation, we replicate the benefits of in-person coaching—allowing us to guide, correct, and support teachers as they deliver DI lessons.

Pre-Session Preparation
Teachers receive guidance on how to prepare for the online session, including sharing lesson plans, objectives, and potential challenges.
Real-Time Support
During the session, we observe teachers' instruction, offering live feedback, modeling, and immediate intervention as needed.
